Foundation East
Foundation East is a not-for-profit organisation that operates across, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. We lend to new and existing businesses that can’t borrow from a bank or need to match bank lending.
We lend from £1,000 to £50,000.
Even if you lack business experience, savings to be put into the business, assets to secure a loan or you've had credit problems in the past, our team of ethical financial consultants will be pleased to consider your needs.
We have a long term commitment to our clients. Our business loans officer will work with you throughout the course of the loan. There will be regular phone calls and visits and you will have an opportunity to discuss the progress of the business. This means when things don't go to plan (or even when they do) there is someone to turn to.
Once the loan has been repaid our customers will have established a credit history. We hope in due course they will be able to borrow from a high street lender, however we welcome repeat borrowers.
